A person answers within one business day.

In the app, VoiceDog Agent answers first.

What to include

  • Your business name and the email or mobile number you sign in with.
  • For a call: its date and time, and the caller’s number.
  • What you expected, and what happened.

Never send passwords, verification codes or card numbers.

If callers can’t reach you right now, stop forwarding first. Calls then ring your own phone.

The receptionist and support can’t help in an emergency. If someone is in danger, call your local emergency number.
